Palms Resort and Conference Center in Destin FL is one of our last Condo Projects. We were responsable for the installation of the Interior Trim on the East Tower as well as the Doors on the Conference Center and Parking Garage. Our contract also included Door Hardware

St Lucia at Silver Shells (pictured at left) as well as St Barth at Silver Shells are also projects we, Commercial Trim Carpentry Inc., were involved in as a sub contractor to W.G. Yates and Son's Construction Co. We have completed the Interior Trim and Hardware on a number of Commercial Condo Projects with Yates Construction including Silver Beach West Tower Destin, FL, The Grand @ Sandestin Sandestin, FL, Pelican Isle Resort Okaloosa Island, FL, Indigo Condominiums Resort East and West Towers Perdido Key, FL

Harbor Landing is a familiar site to Holiday Isle in Destin, FL. The project consists of two 12 Story Buildings and a Pool House. We installed the Interior Trim (Doors, Baseboard, Crown Molding) as well as the Interior Hardware, Entry Door Hardware, and Hollow Metal Door Hardware. The General Contractor for the project was Roy Anderson Construction Co.

Our Company began in February 2001 when I opened as William Zuhlke Carpentry. I left a good paying job with good benefits and entered an unsure field, however I believed God was guiding the direction of life. After a number of opportunities and changes in the laws for construction workers we incorporated as Commercial Trim Carpentry Inc. in July 2003. I'm the President, William (Bill) E Zuhlke Jr., and my son, William (Billy) E Zuhlke III as Vice-President, Treasurer.
